Jeepers Creepers Cruise Inn: A Spooktacular Event in Fountain Inn

This past weekend in Fountain Inn, Halloween festivities began! The season just got a whole lot more exciting with the 2nd Annual Jeepers Creepers Cruise Inn! This event, held on October 26th, transformed Main Street into a Halloween wonderland, filled with ghoulishly decorated Jeeps, candy, live music and lots of fun.

A Parade of Decorated Jeeps

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the parade of nearly 200 Jeeps, each one uniquely decorated in celebration of the spooky season. From eerie lights to creepy costumes, the creativity on display was truly impressive. Participants and spectators alike enjoyed the sight of these mobile masterpieces, each competing for the coveted People’s Choice award.

Trunk-or-Treat Fun

Families from all over the Upstate, flocked to Main Street to enjoy a safe and festive trunk-or-treat experience. Kids in costumes roamed from Jeep to Jeep, collecting candy while admiring the imaginative decorations. It was a delightful way for children to enjoy Halloween in a secure environment, surrounded by the community.

Activities for All Ages

But the fun didn’t stop at trunk-or-treating. The Jeepers Creepers Cruise Inn also featured a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. There was live music by Vinyl Junkies, carnival games and snacks, and even pumpkin decorating for the little ones. The event ensured that there was something for everyone, making it a perfect family outing.

Community Spirit

Events like the Jeepers Creepers highlight the strong sense of community in Fountain Inn. It’s not just about the decorations or the candy; it’s about coming together to celebrate and create lasting memories. The smiles on the faces of both kids and adults were a testament to the event’s success.

Looking Forward to Next Year

By the end of the night, it was clear that the Jeepers Creepers Cruise Inn has now become a beloved tradition in Fountain Inn. With its combination of creativity, community, and Halloween spirit, it’s an event that residents and visitors, Jeep owners or not, will look forward to year after year. We hope to have even more Jeeps next year!
