Fountain Inn Police Department Raises $24,198.97 for Friends of the Little White House

The Fountain Inn Police Department presented a check for $24,198.97 to Friends of the Little White House during the Fountain Inn City Council meeting on July 9, 2026. The donation represents proceeds from the department's seventh annual Superhero 5K for Autism, held on April 18.

Since its inaugural event in 2019, the Superhero 5K has become a meaningful community tradition that brings together participants of all ages and abilities to promote autism awareness, celebrate inclusion, and support local families. Through the generosity of sponsors, volunteers, participants, and community partners, the event continues to make a lasting impact throughout the Fountain Inn community.

Friends of the Little White House is dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities through educational and therapeutic programs, family support, and community resources that foster growth, independence, and inclusion.
