Feed the Need - FIMC
Many families in our area struggle with food insecurity, especially during school breaks such as Christmas break. FIMC is hoping to fill the gap for 30 or more families this Christmas break so that they won't have to worry about where their next meal is coming from. You can help in one of two ways.

Many families in our area struggle with food insecurity, especially during school breaks such as Christmas break. FIMC is hoping to fill the gap for 30 or more families this Christmas break so that they won't have to worry about where their next meal is coming from. You can help in one of two ways. First, you can donate a box worth of food (supplies list below). Or, you can sponsor a box or part of a box. Sponsoring a full box for a family is $60. The boxes will include everything listed below plus a ham and a loaf of bread which FIMC will add right before delivery. Thank you for your generosity!
One box includes:
1 box of hot breakfast cereals (oatmeal, grits)
1 cake mix & 1 frosting, or brownie mix
1 instant mashed potatoes & gravy mix
1 bag of each - flour, sugar, rice
1 box of pudding & 1 box of jello
2 canned vegetables
2 canned fruits
1 jar applesauce
1 rice mix
1 pasta & 1 pasta sauce
1 peanut butter & 1 jelly
2 canned proteins
2 boxes macaroni & cheese
2 boxes of stuffing
1 bottle of cooking oil
2 cans of soup
